In Woods v. Holyhauer, 847 So.2d 771, 2002-1349 (La.App. 3rd Cir 6/4/03), our office won an important victory for purchasers of an uninsured motorist insurance policy. This decision allows a holder of UM coverage to recover economic losses even if the underlying coverage was greater than the economic loss sustained by the plaintiff.

We have successfully represented victims of nursing home negligence. Additionally, we have represented individuals victimized by unethical, deceptive attorneys.

Our office has several published appellate decisions. Most importantly, I have won substantial jury verdicts in state and federal court.
